Until recently, he was Country Manager of Pedersen and Partners. Pedersen & Partners was founded in 2001and is an international executive search firm operating 52 wholly owned offices all over the world. Pedersen and Partners are a single profit Centre partnership, which combines its country organization with international practice groups.
He was also the Managing Consultant of Stanton Chase Nigeria between 2009 and 2010. Stanton Chase is a partner-owned global Executive Search firm with presence in 69 cities in 42 countries.
In 2007, Chinedu worked with Kimberly Ryan Ltd, a leading HR Consulting firm in Africa with presence in Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana and he headed the Abuja and Northern Nigeria operations of the organization. In that capacity, he lead in the provision of solutions to clients in recruitment and selection, training and development, strategy and systems, outsourcing, etc. Prior to Kimberly Ryan, he also helped set-up Theory Z Consulting, a broad spectrum consulting firm where he was Consultant in the area of Food Franchising and in the Oil & Gas sector.
Over the last 6 years, Chinedu has driven the executive search function in various firms and has participated in numerous searches in that period. He also brings competencies in Business Development and Training, in addition to a unique insight into corporate Nigeria.
Chinedu holds a B.Sc in Political Science from the University of Nigeria, an MBA in Management and has an M.Sc in HRM/D in progress. He has attended numerous trainings both locally and internationally. He brings strong people skills and useful cross-disciplinary experience to any project he has handled.
In addition he is a member of the board of directors of Protea Petroleum Afrique (PPA) – a South African Oil Prospecting Company. As a consultant, he brings his rich and varied professional competencies to bear in addition to many years of experience recruiting, interviewing and training staff for various organizations.

She is A practicing Marketing Communications professional with excellent ability to understand technology trends and customer demands in the Nigerian and regional market.
From Advertising (Rosabel) to Banking (Citizens), then from Direct Marketing (Tequila) to Social Marketing (British Council) and then global standard technology marketing in Microsoft Corporation, Uloma will tell you, “I’ve been around.” and her energy and passion for what she does is one thing that all her co-workers remember her for. She has a natural instinct to teaming and interpersonal relationship building. She leads like a follower and is selfless enough to share the limelight at any opportunity.

Uloma is also the Founding Chairman of Customer Service Practitioners Association – CUSPA. CUSPA is an endorsement agency- a regulatory body that focuses on the establishment and management of quality standards in the practice and administering of Customer Service in Nigeria. It is a predominantly private sector monitoring association set up to extend consumer protection to service-based situations.
Prior to this role, she gathered experience in the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Sector where she held administrative positions with the Friedrich Ebert Foundation – an NGO promoting civil rights and good governance in Nigeria, and the Nigerian German Business Council coordinating trade and bilateral agreements between Germany and Nigeria.
Karin then spent 6 years in the Commercial Banking Sector working with Citizens International Bank in Nigeria. Here she sharpened her organizational and people management skills working in relationship marketing, operations and customer services.
Her passion for Human Resource Management grew as she handled client relationships and was actively involved in the selection and training of customer care personnel and this led to set up Theory Z Consulting.
She has a degree in Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) and an MBA in Finance from the Manchester Business School. Karin is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and has attended numerous trainings both locally and internationally. She is an outdoors person who loves to walk, run, swim and play tennis.
He also worked with African Legend Indigo South Africa as business development manager for Sub Saharan Africa from where he established an office in Lagos Nigeria and managed a territory that represented 40% by revenues for the total company revenues. Ike has successfully managed many multi-million Dollar projects and portfolios and brings a wealth of experience and exposure from his work with some of the largest and most successful enterprise sized organizations in Africa. He also worked with Arrivia S.A as a senior strategic architect.
